We bring the equipment, the entertainment, the music and the energy to ensure your Mini Bouncer has a celebration they’ll never forget, and every child leaves wanting a Bounce party of their own.

Thanks to our fully mobile service, Bounce can bring the celebration to your home, local park, the beach, private members club, hotel rooftop, rec center – or even the moon (as long as you provide the Spaceship).

Renowned for our legendary obstacle courses, every Bounce party is unique to the setting, group of children and their energy – with the coaches ensuring every child is entertained and engaged from start to finish.

Our expert team will customize based on each child’s requests, favorite activities and theme to ensure every celebration is personalized and tailor-made for the birthday boy or girl.

For our Baby Bouncers, we’ve created a magical 1st birthday party curriculum which includes our crawler obstacle courses, baby jam musical beats, bubble extravaganzas, sensory play, ball pits, parachute time and more!

As parents ourselves, we understand how stressful it can be planning your child’s birthday party, which is why we offer a concierge-style service from start to finish to ensure your event runs as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.

From the moment you submit your inquiry, our party planning team will help you every step of the way – from helping find a suitable location with our vast network of park contacts across the city, to curating a bespoke entertainment package for your Mini Bouncer.

Once you submit a booking form, a member of our party planning team will reach out to confirm availability and answer any questions you may have – from advising about parks and permits, to assisting with timings, activities and everything else in between. 

Our Head Coach will also plan a call if required to talk through all the activities and give you a realistic idea of what to expect on the day, as well as working to incorporate any theme or specific request.

Once you’re ready to book, you’ll be connected with our accounts team who will send you an invoice to pay the 50% deposit to secure the time and date, and you’ll be all set!

Our team are in the office every day from 8am-5pm to answer any questions you may have in the lead-up to your big day – no matter how big or small. 

Get more RSVPS than you expected and need to add an extra coach? Need to switch your location? Just email or call us and we’ll do our very best to accommodate any last minute changes. 

The week of the party, we’ll reach back out to confirm all the final details for added peace of mind.

THE PARTY-DAY AGENDA

The coaching team will arrive around 1 hour prior to your event to unload the vans and set up all the equipment. 

Each van is filled with an entire kids gym and an array of sports & games equipment, bubble machines, soft play set-ups for our baby Bouncers and everything else in between, so expect a large set-up and a lot of equipment! 

We don’t just put down a few hoops, balls and standard soft play equipment you may have seen at other parties.

The Bounce set-up is expansive and it takes time to build and create our signature obstacle courses and prepare all our custom games.

Entertainment will last for 90 minutes and once the party ends, the team will pack-up and load-up the vans – taking care of all the clean up, while the hungry kiddos fill their bellies and recall tales of their epic Bounce victories! 

*We strongly recommend starting the party at the actual call time. Otherwise the coaches will be unloading and setting up the equipment as the kids are arriving and they try to play on the course before it’s been set up which becomes both chaotic and can be dangerous. The first 30 mins is free play on the obstacle course as the kids are arriving where the coaches get to know the children. Then once everyone has arrived, they’ll go into all the games and activities for the final hour.*

*A 20% gratuity charge is added to all parties and events*

*A travel surcharge of $4 p/m will be added for parties outside of a 5-mile location of our 90029 base*

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• All bookings are subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit.
• Once you submit your booking form, a member of our team will respond to let you know if the date/time is available and answer any questions you have. We cannot confirm the booking without a deposit. 
• If it is raining, we will re-schedule your event for the earliest available date
• As a family-run business, we understand there may be extenuating circumstances that may lead to a last-minute cancellation. If this happens, Bounce will do its best to re-schedule your party for the earliest available date to ensure your Mini Bouncer does not miss out on his/her celebration

Bounce is permitted with various parks across the city which we can help connect you to, should you want to want to host your celebration at one of the parks. Please note if it is not a park we are permitted with, you will need to ensure you have permission for a third-party vendor to host activities there. The team can send over a certificate of liability insurance if it is needed and help with anything else the relevant park should need from our end. It is not Bounce’s responsibility to book/reserve the space at your chosen park
While the team can recommend locations, Bounce is not responsible for the park/beach or any other location you choose and it is the client’s responsibility to check with the team who oversees the location beforehand

• An additional coach must be added for parties with over 8 children. Two additional coaches must be added for over 15 and up to 25 children. For parties with over 25 children, please let the team know so we can assign the correct number of coaches
• Our activities are 90 mins long. If you require additional time, it will be subject to an additional cost and availability
• The coach/coaches will need a parking spot for their van and a clear walkway to unload the equipment. Please ensure you let us know if there are any stairways or obstacles which could add to the set-up time
