These Booking & Class Policies apply to Bounce LA classes, camps, private sessions, parties, and events.

1. Booking & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure any private class, party, camp, or event booking. A reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit is received.

The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the class, session, or event unless otherwise agreed in writing by Bounce LA.

2. Cancellations

Private bookings canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event may be non-refundable. For regularly scheduled classes or sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance unless a different cancellation window is stated at booking.

Late cancellations, missed sessions, or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

3. Subscription Programs

Subscription-based programs renew automatically according to the selected billing schedule. To cancel a subscription, written notice must be provided at least 30 days before the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated in the specific program details.

4. Weather Policy

Outdoor classes and events may be rescheduled, relocated, or adjusted in the event of unsafe weather conditions, including rain, extreme heat, poor air quality, or park closures. Bounce LA will make reasonable efforts to offer a makeup option when appropriate.

5. Travel Fees

Some locations outside Bounce LA’s standard service area may incur a travel fee. Any applicable travel fee will be communicated before final booking confirmation.

6. Safety & Supervision

Parents, guardians, hosts, schools, or responsible adults are responsible for supervising children outside of structured Bounce LA instruction.

For classes or events near pools, streets, stairs, water features, or other hazards, direct adult supervision is required at all times.

Pets should be secured during classes and private events unless expressly approved in advance.

7. Waivers

Every participating child must have a completed Bounce LA waiver on file before participating in any class, camp, session, or event.

8. Equipment & Setup

Clients and hosts are responsible for providing a safe, reasonably clear activity area and suitable access for instructors bringing in equipment. Bounce LA may modify activities or setup requirements if the space is limited or presents safety concerns.

9. Participant Limits

Some classes, camps, and events have participant limits for safety, staffing, and quality. Additional participants may require advance approval, additional staffing, and/or additional fees.

10. Damage to Equipment

Clients may be responsible for damage to Bounce LA equipment caused by participants, guests, or pets during a class, party, or event, excluding normal wear and tear.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Bounce LA reserves the right to refuse, shorten, pause, or end a session or event if safety conditions are not met, required waivers are incomplete, the environment becomes unsafe, or participant behavior is disruptive or dangerous.

12. Policy Updates

Bounce LA may update these policies from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
