Terms & Conditions

Private Coldwater Canyon Classes​

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel a class or you will be charged the full amount unless it’s raining in which case you will be entitled to a make-up class.
  • Each group is entitled to one make up class per session.
  • A minimum booking of 4 weeks is required to secure a weekly time slot.
  • The class price includes up to 5 children. Every child over that amount will be an extra fee of $20 per child.
  • All adults over the age of 12 years old must wear a mask.
  • Please do not attend class if your child or anyone anyone in you household is feeling unwell and/or is exhibiting symptoms of covid 19. (Please refer to the CDC website for more information).
  • Payment for each session must be received at least 7 days before the start date. We can only accept ONE payment per group.

Group classes at Coldwater Canyon Park, Roxbury Park & Annenberg Beach House

  • Each child is allowed ONE make-up class per session subject to space availability. 
  • If you cannot attend a class, please let the team know by emailing bhparks@bouncela.com at least 24 hours before your class is due to start. 
  • Bounce will not offer refunds or make-up classes for late arrivals or no-shows. 
  • Each child must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver at all times.
  • No food or drink is allowed to be consumed on any apparatus.
  • Siblings, friends and any other children who are NOT signed up and registered for the class are not allowed to participate. 
  • If you or anyone in your household is exhibiting symptoms of sickness please contact the office immediately. Any child or parent/caregiver displaying symptoms of illness will not be allowed to participate in the class. 

Private At-Home Classes​

  • An additional travel fee will be added to any class outside of a 5-mile radius of our base in 90036 (price will be dependent on the address).

Birthday Parties​

  • We require a 50% deposit to secure every booking. The deposit is non-refundable if the party is cancelled within 30 days. If it is raining the day of the party, we will re-schedule for another date at no extra cost subject to availability.
  • 18% Gratuity is automatically added to every party.
  • The price includes up to 10 kids. Every child over that amount will be charged at $25 each and anything over 15 will require a second coach for a flat-rate of $195. The party limit must not exceed 25 children.
  • The class price includes up to 5 children. Every child over that amount will be an extra fee of $20 per child.
  • There will be an additional travel fee for any location outside of 5-mile radius of our base in 90036 (price will be dependent on the address).
