Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Your Party

Your event-specific Party Agreement confirms your party date, venue, start and finish times, selected package, number of participating children, pre-booked add-ons, agreed charges and total party price.

Your booking is confirmed once we have received both:

• Your signed Party Agreement.
• Your 50% booking deposit.

Submitting an inquiry or discussing a potential date does not reserve that date. Until both requirements have been met, availability remains subject to change.

A new signed Party Agreement is required for every booking, including bookings made by returning clients.

These Terms & Conditions apply to new bookings. Existing confirmed parties remain subject to the terms accepted at the time of booking.

2. Pricing, Deposits & Payments

Booking Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your party. This is calculated on your agreed package and pre-booked services, excluding gratuity.

Your Party Agreement will clearly show the deposit amount and how it has been calculated.

The deposit is applied toward your total party charges and is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed, except as provided under our weather and rescheduling policy or where otherwise required by law.

Party Pricing & Gratuity

All party pricing is provided transparently before booking.

A mandatory 20% gratuity is included in your full party price and clearly itemized in your Party Agreement. It is not added a second time.

Gratuity is calculated on all applicable party services and charges, including additional coaches, add-ons, travel and setup fees.

Gratuity is not collected as part of your booking deposit and is payable after your party has taken place.

If you would prefer to give some or all of the included gratuity directly to your coaches on the day, whether by cash, Venmo or Zelle, you're very welcome to do so.

Any verified gratuity paid directly to the coaches will be credited dollar-for-dollar against the gratuity amount on your final invoice, so you will never be charged twice.

Any amount given above the included 20% gratuity is entirely optional. No additional tip is expected or required.

Final Payment

Your remaining balance is invoiced after your party, typically on the next business day or the Monday following a weekend event.

Payment is due upon receipt of your final invoice.

Your invoice will reflect your deposit, any approved additional services, other payments received and any verified gratuity already paid directly to your coaches.

We accept Zelle and other payment methods offered by our Accounts team. Credit card details or a card-on-file authorization are not required to confirm your booking.

3. Guest Numbers & Party Changes

Please confirm your final number of participating children at least seven days before your party.

Your selected package includes a specified number of children, as detailed in your Party Agreement.

Additional children may require extra coaches, equipment or other adjustments. Any associated charges will be confirmed in advance.

Please notify Bounce as soon as possible if you need to change your party date, timing, location, guest numbers, age range, surface, access arrangements, vendors, add-ons or other requirements.

All changes are subject to availability and must be approved in writing by Bounce.

Before any additional service is provided, its quantity or duration, all-inclusive charge and revised party total must be confirmed and accepted in writing.

4. Party Times & Extensions

Your party will run during the agreed start and finish times stated in your Party Agreement.

Please ensure your venue, guests and any other vendors are ready so our coaches can begin activities on time.

Delays caused by venue access, parking, unloading, guests or other vendors do not automatically extend your scheduled party time.

We understand that sometimes the fun is hard to stop! If you would like to extend your party, additional time may be available, subject to coach availability and other commitments.

Any extension must be approved by Bounce before it begins, with the additional duration, revised finish time and all-inclusive charge confirmed in writing.

Extra time cannot be guaranteed on the day.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Weather

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your party for reasons unrelated to the qualifying circumstances described below, your booking deposit is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Bounce does not charge an additional cancellation penalty.

Gratuity is only payable for a party that has taken place.

Client-Requested Rescheduling

We understand that plans sometimes change, and we'll always do our best to accommodate requests to move your party.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

A $100 rescheduling administration fee may apply to voluntary date changes. Bounce may waive this fee at its discretion.

Weather & Circumstances Beyond Your Control

We know how much planning goes into a birthday celebration, and sometimes circumstances beyond your control can affect your plans.

If rain, extreme heat, poor air quality, high winds or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party make it unsafe or impractical to proceed with your party as planned, Bounce will work with you to reschedule your celebration to the nearest mutually available date, at no additional rescheduling charge.

Your original deposit will be transferred in full to the new booking.

Both parties will make reasonable efforts to agree on a suitable replacement date within 30 days of the original party date.

If no mutually suitable replacement date can be agreed within that period, Bounce will refund your booking deposit in full, provided the party has not taken place and the postponement was due to qualifying weather or safety conditions.

Where possible, Bounce may offer a suitable indoor or covered alternative so your celebration can proceed as planned.

Any alternative location must be appropriate for the planned activities, equipment and surface requirements.

This policy does not apply to voluntary cancellations or changes of preference where the party could otherwise reasonably and safely proceed.

The safety and enjoyment of our little participants will always come first.

6. Travel, Parking & Venue Access

Travel within a five-mile radius of our base in ZIP code 90029 is included.

For locations beyond this radius, travel is charged at $4 per additional mile, round trip, per van required .

The calculation is $4 × additional miles beyond five × 2 (round trip) × number of vans.

All applicable travel charges will be included in your agreed party pricing before booking.

Please ensure our coaches have suitable parking, unloading access and a clear, safe route to the activity area.

Our team transports a substantial amount of equipment, so convenient access is essential.

Please advise us in advance of stairs, elevators, security restrictions, gates, long walking distances, limited loading areas, construction or other access considerations.

Nearby street parking does not necessarily provide suitable equipment-loading access.

7. Setup, Surfaces & Equipment

Our coaches typically arrive approximately one hour before your scheduled party start time to unload and prepare the activity area.

Please ensure the space is accessible and ready for setup, with suitable access available again when the party finishes.

Bounce provides the equipment and activities appropriate to your selected package.

Activities and equipment may be adjusted to accommodate children's ages, abilities, group size, available space, surfaces, weather, venue restrictions and safety conditions.

Hard Surfaces & Protective Matting

Our equipment cannot be used directly on unprotected concrete or other hard surfaces where protective matting is required.

Parties taking place on hard surfaces require suitable protective matting and an agreed additional setup charge.

Planned hard-surface setup will be priced before booking.

Where a hard-surface area is being considered only as a weather backup, any applicable charge and the circumstances in which it would apply will be explained before booking.

You will only be charged for that conditional setup if the agreed backup arrangement is used.

Indoor rooms and covered patios must also be assessed for suitability.

8. Permits, Venue Requirements & Other Vendors

The party host is responsible for securing any necessary venue reservations, permits, permissions and approvals, including associated costs.

Bounce does not reserve public park spaces on behalf of clients.

Please confirm that your venue permits all selected activities and equipment, including inflatables where applicable.

We can provide Bounce's insurance and business documentation upon request, subject to our coverage and the venue's requirements.

If you are using other vendors, including caterers, entertainers, rental companies or inflatable providers, their arrangements, permits, insurance, equipment, supervision and teardown remain your responsibility.

We'll always make reasonable efforts to coordinate our setup with other vendors to help the day run smoothly.

9. Adult Supervision & Participant Waivers

A responsible adult host must remain present throughout the party.

Bounce coaches supervise and lead the activities provided as part of your booked package.

The host remains responsible for general guest supervision, nonparticipating guests and children outside Bounce-led activities.

Please ensure appropriate adult supervision around swimming pools, water, roads, driveways, stairs, elevators, cooking areas, fire pits, other vendors and any potential hazards.

Pets should be safely secured unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance.

Participant Waivers

Every child participating in Bounce activities must have a completed Bounce waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian before taking part.

Children without a completed waiver cannot participate.

Your signed Party Agreement does not replace individual participant waivers.

Group waivers are accepted only where Bounce has specifically approved them in writing.

10. Safety & Participation

Bounce is committed to providing a fun, positive and appropriately supervised experience.

As with all physical activities, movement games, sports and obstacle courses involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions and contact with equipment or other participants.

Participation is voluntary, and all participating children must have the required waivers.

Bounce may modify, pause, relocate, shorten or stop activities where safety is compromised, including situations involving:

• Unsafe weather, surfaces or venue conditions.
• Missing waivers, permits or required approvals.
• Participant numbers significantly exceeding those agreed.
• Unsafe or disruptive behavior.
• Threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated or unlawful conduct.

Activities may resume once the relevant safety concerns have been appropriately addressed, where practical.

All Bounce equipment remains the property of Bounce.

11. Bounce Programs & Intellectual Property

Bounce's curriculum, coaching methods, games, activity sequences, lesson plans, training systems, event formats, written materials and branding include proprietary materials.

To the extent protected by applicable intellectual-property law, these materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, licensed, taught or used commercially in a competing children's program without Bounce's prior written consent.

12. Your Agreement

Your signed Party Agreement, these Terms & Conditions and any subsequently approved written changes together form the terms of your booking.

Bounce maintains a record of the terms accepted and their effective date.

Updates to the Terms & Conditions on our website do not retrospectively change the terms of an already-confirmed booking.

Any changes to your individual booking must be confirmed in writing.
