If your child gets hurt during a Bounce class, birthday party or any other program conducted by us, all of our coaches are trained in first aid and CPR. The coach will assess the situation first, ensure your child and other Mini Bouncers are safe and follow the Bounce Accident and Emergency Procedures. They will complete an incident report. Should your child need to be hospitalized, the coach will call the Emergency Services.
Our administrative staff are available between 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday and emails will be checked throughout the weekend too.
All our equipment is cleaned with Clean Smart and Benefect – both of which are non-toxic, free of chemicals and bleach and proven to be extremely safe for kids as well as efficiently killing 99.9% of viruses and other germs.
Benefect is a botanical disinfectant EPA registered for use against Covid-19. The active ingredient (Thymol) is an extract from essential oils of the thyme plant. It has no synthetic fragrances, dyes or bleac, is USDA certified at 100% Biobased and is the first and only authentically botanical disinfectant technology.
All our equipment is also steam cleaned weekly.
We keep a large bottle of sanitizer on site for everyone to use.
Yes, every child must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver at every class and must not be left unattended at any time.
Children must wear comfortable, none restrictive, weather appropriate clothing.
Bounce has a very strict policy on equality and strive to ensure that all children benefit from our programs.
If your child has special needs, please email or call the office to discuss your child’s abilities with one of our Senior Coaches who will advise you what your best options are.
If it is ascertained that they would not benefit from a group class, you can do a private class, either 1 on 1 or in a group.
Birthdays
Bounce does not provide any food for birthday parties but we are happy to recommend trusted vendors.
Bounce does not provide characters but we can recommend trusted vendors we’ve worked with in the past and our coaches are happy to dress-up according to a theme – within reason!
Bounce does not provide party favors.
We will reschedule your booking for the next available date at no extra charge.
Park Programs
Our classes are 45-50 minutes long
We do not offer free trial classes. Drop-ins are offered at our public group classes subject to space availability and will be subject to a one-time drop-in fee which can be discounted off the session rate should you wish to join the session.
If you want to book a one-off private class without committing to a session, you’re also welcome to do that, but please note we cannot offer a weekly time slot for a one-off private class booking. To secure a weekly time slot, we require a minimum booking of 4 weeks.
Every client has to be registered before attending a class hosted by Bounce.
All of our classes are age appropriate, so we like to keep everyone in the group around the same age. If you feel that your child is too advanced for the current class, please let us know and we will accommodate you if we feel it necessary.
Private Classes
Depending on how many children there are, we can work with most spaces – big or small! If you are in doubt, feel free to email us a picture of the space and we can advise whether it’s sufficient.

Yes. If it’s a park in an area we’re not permitted in, you will need to arrange the permit yourselves and ensure you have permission for a 3rd party vendor to carry out activities there.
