Unlike other kids programs, Bounce prides itself on hiring the very best, most experienced and highly-skilled kids coaches LA has to offer – believing that its team is instrumental to ensuring they sustain what many describe ‘the Bounce magic’.
Every Bounce coach not only has over 10 years’ experience working with children, but many of them are also qualified behavioral therapists – with extensive knowledge of working with children on the spectrum – as well as being former athletes, physical trainers and graduates in childhood education.
Their coaches are all full-time and passionate about what they do. Their expertise, care and attention to each individual child, hands-on approach & infectious energy is at the essence of why parents choose Bounce over any other program.
Every child – and parent (!) has a ‘favorite’ coach, and thanks to each of their individual coaching styles, personalities and specialities, Bounce can confidently cater to every child’s needs.
Curriculums
Bounce’s coaching team develops and devises the curriculums, which are constantly being changed to ensure its programs remain fresh & exciting.
At the end of each class, the coaches are required to make notes in order to keep track of each child’s progress and ensure they incorporate any necessary activities to further strengthen their skills and development.
This also means that all the team is fully informed if they are to fill in when a coach is on leave and any issues or concerns can be discussed at the weekly team meeting.
The team regularly consult and meet with outside experts when developing new curriculums and have training sessions with experts including Carrie Rothstein Fisch – author and Professor of Early Childhood Education.

Each Bounce van is loaded with an entire kids gym including the very best mats, boxes, planks & more to build its famous obstacle courses, cones & ladders to build its agility courses, rollercoasters, bubble machines roadies, musical instruments, water play equipment, sensory bins (for its baby classes), sports equipment & more!
Its inventory includes Bounce houses, a Bounce-branded ninja warrior obstacle course, premium water play equipment and everything else in between.
Health & Safety standards
The health and safety of its Mini Bouncers is paramount at Bounce, and cleanliness is a top priority.
As well as the equipment being cleaned after each class, a deep clean takes place every week where each item – including every ball and roadie – is sanitized and steam cleaned to CDPH standards.
Bounce proudly uses Clean Smart – an EPA-approved non-toxic formula which is free of all harmful chemicals and kills 99% of germs and bacteria.
