Our legendary obstacle courses are tailored to your space, your crowd, and their energy levels — which, let’s be honest, are usually higher than yours. Every party is unique, with coaches making sure every child is engaged, included, and having the kind of fun that sparks FOMO in siblings.

Step 1 — Submit Your Booking Form
Our party planning team will reach out to confirm availability, help with parks and permits, and chat through timing and activity ideas. -

Step 2 — Chat With Our Head Coach
If needed, we’ll schedule a quick call to walk you through the activities, themes and any special requests so you know exactly what to expect. -

Step 3 — Secure Your Date
Once you’re ready, our accounts team will send your invoice. A 50% deposit secures your party time and date. -

Step 4 — We’re Here For You
Our office team is available 8am–5pm, daily for any questions. Extra RSVPs? Need another coach? New location? Just call or email and we’ll do our best to make it happen. -

Arrival & Setup
Our coaching team arrives around 1 hour before your event to unload the vans and build your custom Bounce set-up. -

A Whole Kids Gym Comes to You
Each van is packed with an entire kids gym: obstacle course pieces, sports equipment, bubble machines, soft play for little Bouncers and tons of custom games. This is so much more than a few balls and cones! -
🎉
90 Minutes of Non-Stop Fun
The first ~30 minutes are free play on the obstacle course while kids arrive and coaches get to know them. Once everyone’s there, we switch into structured games and activities for the final hour. -

Timing Tip
We strongly recommend starting the party at the actual call time so kids don’t arrive while we’re still setting up. It keeps things safe and avoids little ones trying to play on the course before it’s ready. -

Easy Clean-Up
Once the party ends, our team packs up and loads the vans so you can focus on food, cake and listening to epic Bounce victory stories.
*A 20% gratuity charge is added to all parties and events.
*A travel surcharge of $4 per mile applies for parties outside a 5-mile radius of our 90029 base.

Non-Refundable Deposit
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. -

Booking Confirmation
After submitting your booking form, our team will confirm availability and answer questions. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. -

Weather & Rescheduling
If it rains, we will reschedule your event for the earliest available date. -

Family-Run Flexibility
We understand unexpected changes happen. If you need to cancel last-minute due to extenuating circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule so your Mini Bouncer doesn’t miss their celebration. -

Parks & Locations
Bounce is permitted with various parks across the city and can help connect you to them. If hosting at an unpermitted park, it is the client's responsibility to obtain approval for third-party vendors.
We can provide a certificate of liability insurance if needed. Bounce does not reserve park spaces and is not responsible for your chosen location. -

• Over 8 children → add 1 additional coach
• Over 15 and up to 25 children → add 2 coaches

Party Duration
Standard entertainment time is 90 minutes. Additional time may be added, subject to coach availability and an additional fee. -

Parking & Access
Coaches will need a parking space for the van and a clear walkway to unload equipment. Please notify us of any stairs, narrow paths or obstacles that may increase set-up time.
