READY TO PARTY? THE NEXT STEPS….
Once you submit a booking form, a member of our party planning team will reach out to confirm availability and answer any questions you may have – from advising about parks and permits, to assisting with timings, activities and everything else in between.
Our Head Coach will also plan a call if required to talk through all the activities and give you a realistic idea of what to expect on the day, as well as working to incorporate any theme or specific request.
Once you’re ready to book, you’ll be connected with our accounts team who will send you an invoice to pay the 50% deposit to secure the time and date, and you’ll be all set!
Our team are in the office every day from 8am-5pm to answer any questions you may have in the lead-up to your big day – no matter how big or small.

The week of the party, we’ll reach back out to confirm all the final details for added peace of mind.

THE PARTY-DAY AGENDA
The coaching team will arrive around 1 hour prior to your event to unload the vans and set up all the equipment.
Each van is filled with an entire kids gym and an array of sports & games equipment, bubble machines, soft play set-ups for our baby Bouncers and everything else in between, so expect a large set-up and a lot of equipment!
We don’t just put down a few hoops, balls and standard soft play equipment you may have seen at other parties.
The Bounce set-up is expansive and it takes time to build and create our signature obstacle courses and prepare all our custom games.
Entertainment will last for 90 minutes and once the party ends, the team will pack-up and load-up the vans – taking care of all the clean up, while the hungry kiddos fill their bellies and recall tales of their epic Bounce victories!
*We strongly recommend starting the party at the actual call time. Otherwise the coaches will be unloading and setting up the equipment as the kids are arriving and they try to play on the course before it’s been set up which becomes both chaotic and can be dangerous. The first 30 mins is free play on the obstacle course as the kids are arriving where the coaches get to know the children. Then once everyone has arrived, they’ll go into all the games and activities for the final hour.*

Thankfully, we live in one of the driest cities in the world with an average of 20 days of rain each year.

Yes! Extra time can be added subject to availability. If you want to add extra time on the day (this often happens when the kids don’t want it to end!), this is also possible, but will depend on other events that day.
It all depends on the age group and how many children you’re expecting. The bigger the kids, the more space they’ll need.
We typically recommend at least 30ft x 30ft of space for a standard party with 15 kids, but we can adjust to a smaller space if necessary.
The ninja warrior obstacle course is 40ft long and around 8ft wide so if you’re adding this, we’ll require extra space.
If you’re unsure about your space, send us a picture or video and the team will confirm if it will work, or recommend an amended set-up to accommodate the area.
Absolutely! As long as there’s a big enough space, we can do your party indoors.
A grass surface is preferable and much safer.
However, if concrete is the only option however, we can bring extra mats to cover the surface area for an additional charge.
The team use dollies to wheel-in all the equipment, so if there are stairs/steps or any other obstacles that mean manually carrying in each piece of equipment separately, an additional set-up fee will be added. (The set-up fee will be depend on how much extra time will be needed).
No problem! We can accommodate all age groups, provided you give us a head’s up beforehand.
The team will typically gear the entertainment towards the age of the birthday Bouncer, but they can make adjustments if there are a wide group of ages.
We strongly recommend starting the Bounce entertainment at the party’s call time.
The coaches like to be set up and ready to go at the party’s actual start time.
If you delay until every child has arrived, the team will be setting up as kids are arriving and it can become chaotic and dangerous as children try to play on equipment that’s not been safely set up as well as slowing down the team.
For the first 30 mins of the party, guests will start exploring and running through the obstacle course with free play – giving the coaches time to get to know each child as well as their energy level/temporaments.
Once all the children have arrived, the team will start all the structured games and activities for the remaining hour of the party.
We do! We bring everything that involves entertainment.
We have our own party play lists and can also create a party playlist especially for the Birthday Bouncer.
It depends on the park. Some do not require a permit and are first come first served, whereas others will require a permit and/or reservation.
We can provide details on certain parks we have long-standing relationships with, but it is the client’s responsibility to book and secure the park.
Our team can provide the park with any documentation they require from a third-party vendor such as our COI (Certificate of Insurance), Business License etc.
If the park falls under the city of Los Angeles, we are a registered vendor under Kwik Comply.
While we can carry out our activities at most of the parks in LA, there are some that won’t allow our parties due to rules regarding our equipment, lack of parking and/or insurance requirements.
These include: Coldwater Canyon Park and any park that falls under The City of Culver City’s remit (For our Culver City clients, we can provide many nearby alternatives so fear not, we can still entertain our CC Bouncers!)
We do not provide any decorations, food or furniture but we can recommend some amazing vendors.
No, we do not rent out the equipment, all birthday parties are specially curated and led by our highly-skilled coaches.
Absolutely! If we have the availability, we can do a weekday party.

• All bookings are subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit.
• Once you submit your booking form, a member of our team will respond to let you know if the date/time is available and answer any questions you have. We cannot confirm the booking without a deposit.

• As a family-run business, we understand there may be extenuating circumstances that may lead to a last-minute cancellation. If this happens, Bounce will do its best to re-schedule your party for the earliest available date to ensure your Mini Bouncer does not miss out on his/her celebration
Bounce is permitted with various parks across the city which we can help connect you to, should you want to want to host your celebration at one of the parks. Please note if it is not a park we are permitted with, you will need to ensure you have permission for a third-party vendor to host activities there. The team can send over a certificate of liability insurance if it is needed and help with anything else the relevant park should need from our end. It is not Bounce’s responsibility to book/reserve the space at your chosen park
While the team can recommend locations, Bounce is not responsible for the park/beach or any other location you choose and it is the client’s responsibility to check with the team who oversees the location beforehand
• An additional coach must be added for parties with over 8 children. Two additional coaches must be added for over 15 and up to 25 children. For parties with over 25 children, please let the team know so we can assign the correct number of coaches
• Our activities are 90 mins long. If you require additional time, it will be subject to an additional cost and availability
• The coach/coaches will need a parking spot for their van and a clear walkway to unload the equipment. Please ensure you let us know if there are any stairways or obstacles which could add to the set-up time
