Finance Director
Kim has been with Bounce since the start and is the all-round financial brains and prowess behind the business.
As well as keeping check of the day-to-day finances, invoicing and paying the Bounce bills (and staff!), Kim is a member of the Bounce board and attends their monthly meetings with their Non-executive chairman, Louisa and Coach Ace.
Kim is mom to two teenagers – Nicki, 18 and Tyler, 16 – and when she isn’t glued to Quick Books, she loves walking her dog Rhys, running (she’s a keen marathon runner) and traveling around the world!

What’s your favorite sport? Running and Ballroom Dancing.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be? To be able to fly.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given? Listen more than you speak.
Which 3 items would you bring to a desert island? Something to play music on, matches and a knife.
What’s your best place you’ve ever visited and why? London – The history, architecture and walkability keep me mesmerized for days.
What would you do if you won a million dollars? Pay off my house and travel more.
Who’s your idol/biggest inspiration? I loved Princess Diana when I was a little girl, she was so beautiful and elegant.
What are your favorite pizza toppings? Pineapple – I know…MANY despise this topping!
What was your favorite book/tv show/movie as a kid? Anything by Roald Dahl.
Are you a morning bird or night owl? I was a morning bird in College, and have since transitioned to being a night owl.
