Louisa

COE (Chief of Everything)

Born and Bred in London, Louisa worked as an entertainment journalist for 10 years before moving to LA in 2010 to report on the star-studded Hollywood circuit.

In LA, Louisa developed a passion for sport and fitness – becoming a self-confessed exercise addict.

After meeting Asa in 2011 and having their first daughter, Marni, they realized there was a gap in the market for children’s fitness programs which focused on all developmental needs of children.

With Louisa’s business prowess and creative flare together with Coach Ace’s passion, incredible knowledge and boundless energy, they created Bounce.

As well as overseeing the day-to-day operations alongside her back office team, Louisa’s expertise lies in business development and growing Bounce and its brand.

Louisa is passionate about providing excellence, and ensuring each and every client – and member of her team – is valued and welcomed into the Bounce family.

When she’s not at Bounce HQ, she can be found showing-up at classes with refreshments for the coaches, greeting new parents and caregivers, and getting stuck-in to help the team – whether it’s scrubbing down equipment on deep-cleaning days or lending a hand to set-up for a session.

While her motto in business is “never take no for an answer”, she prefers to keep that from her own two Mini Bouncers, Marni and Ayla – as well as Bounce’s trusted mascot, Chewy – who ensure she’s kept on her toes when she’s not at the helm at Bounce!

When she’s not working (which isn’t often!) she loves hanging out with her two daughters, Marni, six and Ayla, three, as well as her beloved pup and Bounce mascot, Chewy The Toy Poodle.
