Please read these Terms before booking or participating in Bounce LA programs.
These Terms of Service govern use of the Bounce LA website and participation in Bounce LA classes, camps, parties, and events.
1. Eligibility
Parents or guardians must register participants and provide accurate information before participation.
2. Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical movement activities involves inherent risks including slips, falls, and collisions. Participation is voluntary.
3. Limitation of Liability
Bounce LA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to services.
4. Participant Conduct
Bounce LA may remove participants whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
5. Intellectual Property
All Bounce LA curriculum, lesson structures, games, and branding are proprietary intellectual property.
6. Non-Solicitation of Staff
Clients may not hire Bounce LA coaches privately outside the company for 12 months.
7. Media Release
Photos or videos may be used for marketing unless written opt-out is provided.
8. Third-Party Locations
Bounce LA is not responsible for conditions of parks, homes, or venues not controlled by Bounce LA.
9. Force Majeure
Bounce LA is not responsible for cancellations due to weather or events beyond our control.
10. Website Use
Users may not misuse the Bounce LA website or copy website content.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Los Angeles County.
13. Changes to Terms
Bounce LA may update these Terms periodically.
