Private Coldwater Canyon Classes
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel a class or you will be charged the full amount unless it’s raining in which case you will be entitled to a make-up class.
- Each group is entitled to one make up class per session.
- A minimum booking of 4 weeks is required to secure a weekly time slot.
- The class price includes up to 5 children. Every child over that amount will be an extra fee of $20 per child.
- All adults over the age of 12 years old must wear a mask.
- Please do not attend class if your child or anyone anyone in you household is feeling unwell and/or is exhibiting symptoms of covid 19. (Please refer to the CDC website for more information).
- Payment for each session must be received at least 7 days before the start date. We can only accept ONE payment per group.
Public Group classes
- All classes require parent/caregiver participation. Every child in attendance must be with an adult and must not be left unsupervised at any time.
- Every parent and/or caregiver must sign the waiver BEFORE participating in the class – Click here for the waiver
- Each child is allowed ONE make-up class per session subject to space availability. Make-ups are never guaranteed.
- Make-ups are not provided for classes at Roxbury Park, Coldwater Canyon Park and Juan Bautista de Anza Park in accordance with the rules and regulations set by The City of Beverly Hills and The City of Calabasas. The rules regarding make-ups and refunds for our city-run classes are set by the cities and can be provided by their in-house registration teams.
- If you cannot attend a class, please let the team know by emailing hello@bouncela.com at least 24 hours before your class is due to start.
- Bounce will not offer refunds or make-up classes for late arrivals or no-shows.
- No food or drink is allowed to be consumed on any apparatus.
- Siblings, friends and any other children who are NOT signed up and registered for the class are not allowed to participate.
- If you or anyone in your household is exhibiting symptoms of sickness please contact the office immediately. Any child or parent/caregiver displaying symptoms of illness will not be allowed to participate in the class.
- Bounce reserves the right to reschedule or change times and locations when necessary.
Private Classes
- All classes require parent participation. Every child in attendance must be with a parent or caregiver.

- We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel a class or you will be charged the full amount unless it’s raining in which case we will add an additional week onto your session to compensate.
- There will be a charge for more than 1 x cancellation per session
- If a member of your group is feeling unwell, please ensure they do not attend class. If the host is unwell, we are able to switch the location and still carry out class for the rest of the group.
- A minimum booking of 4 weeks is required to secure a weekly time slot.
- Automatic Recurring Subscriptions: Once you sign up, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
- 30-Day Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your subscription, please provide us with at least 30 days’ notice.
- The class price includes up to 8 children. Every child over that amount will be charged at an additional fee of $30
- The maximum for private classes is 15 children
- Drop-ins will be charged $70 per child
- Payment for each session must be received at least 7 days before the start date. We can only accept ONE payment per private group.
- An additional travel fee of $4 per mile will be added to any class outside of a 5-mile radius of our base in 90029.
- An additional set-up fee will be charged for locations which require extra set-up time. For example, stairs/steps or any other obstacles that prevent the coaches from wheeling in the equipment using their dollies
Birthday Parties
- We require a 50% deposit to secure every booking. Bookings are not confirmed until we have received a deposit and you have received confirmation of payment.
- The deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of the party date.
- If it is raining the day of the party, we will re-schedule to the earliest available date at no extra cost.
- A waiver is required for every child participating in Bounce activities
- An 18% gratuity charge is automatically added to every party. If the host pays the coaches in cash, that amount will be deducted from your final balance
- The standard party price includes up to 8 kids. If there are over 8 children, you will be required to have an additional coach for a flat-rate of $175. Each additional coach over that amount is $175.
- All children who participate in activities are considered part of the headcount. We cater to children from 6-months old.
- If the location of the party contains a swimming pool or hot tub that is not both gated and locked, the host must provide or arrange for adult supervision in the ratio of one adult for every three children at the party.
- Please keep all pets secured for the duration of the party.
- There will be an additional travel fee of $4 per mile for locations outside of a 5-mile radius of our 90029 base.
